Learned counsel for petitioners, in all fairness, submits that when the CM(M) 1234/2023 & Anr.

matters were taken up by learned Trial Court again on 05.08.2023, the grievance of the petitioners herein was taken care of and that the vehicles in question have also been released to the respective petitioners and they have taken back the possession, without prejudice to their rights and contentions. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent also appears and submits that when the matters were placed before the Lok Adalat, the petitions have also been disposed as withdrawn under the aegis of Lok Adalat. 3.

When asked, learned counsel for respondent also informs that they have not invoked arbitration, in either of the matters. 4.

Be that as it may, since both the petitions have already been withdrawn. and since the vehicles have also been received back by the petitioners unconditionally, actually speaking, there is nothing left in the present petitions for adjudication.

Both these petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous in view of aforesaid subsequent development. 6.
