Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have already arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). A copy of the said Settlement Agreement dated 17.01.2025 has been placed on record.

In the light of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal any further, which is accordingly, alongwith pending applications, disposed of as not pressed. 3.

While disposing of the appeal in the aforesaid terms of the Settlement Agreement, we make it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms thereof.

The next date fixed before the learned registrar stands cancelled.
