Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is now only challenging the order dismissing the application for the extension of the interim bail in this criminal revision petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is still admitted in the hospital and he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to move an appropriate application along with the relevant documents for the grant of interim bail before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the revision petition.
