The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of Mandamus whereby directing the respondents to ensure the release of scholarship amount of Rs.32,09,000/- in accordance of Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Post-Metric Scholarship for SC students for pursuing CPL Course, in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
Any other or further order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner."
