This is an application filed by the defendant nos. 1 to 4 seeking a direction to the Registry for release of the amount of Rs. 28 lakhs along with interest thereon in favour of defendant no. 1. 2.

It is stated in the application that the requisite Form 16A issued by Income Tax Department in favour of defendant no. 5 is annexed with this application and has already been handed over to the defendant no. 5. 3.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for defendant no. 5 accepts notice. 4.

He confirms receipts of the Form 16A. He further states that defendant no. 5 has no objection to the direction sought in this application. 5.
