% 08.07.2017 Learned tribunal vide its award dated 18.12.2013 has granted compensation of Rs.2,45,803/- along with interest @ 9% from the date of filing of the petition till realisation. In appeal the entire amount has been deposited by the insurance company and 80% of it has been released in favour of respondent No.1. During negotiation respondent No.1 has agreed to the amount of Rs.15,000/- shall be refunded to the insurance company and the balance amount with accrued interest shall be released to respondent No.1. Statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/-, if any, be released in favour of the insurance company. The appeal stands disposed of.
