and further that it is not that everyone associated with the functioning of the judiciary who is not alive to this situation and, therefore the issue may be left to be considered and appropriate steps be taken administratively, the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Mr. Chetan Sharma, learned ASG has drawn our attention to proceedings of Contempt Petition No. 867/2021 titled Advocates Association of Bengaluru vs. Barun Mitra and Anr., which are pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and has stated, on instructions, that so far as the issue raised in this petition is concerned, the same is being monitored by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the said proceedings where the issue broadly are engaging attention of Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4.

At this juncture, the petitioner states that he intends to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the said proceedings. Accordingly, nothing needs to be adjudicated in this petition any further, which stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
