Mianwali (presently P.S. Paschim Vihar West) and proceedings emanating therefrom has become infructuous, since the petitioner has been acquitted vide judgment dated 03.02.2024 passed by the learned trial court. Taking the statement of learned APP for the State on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
