This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS seeking to set aside the issuance of NBWs dated 11.07.2024 and the process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. dated 12.08.2024 and declaration of the petitioner as proclaimed offender vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed by the learned CJM in case FIR No.88/2022 under Sections 420, 409 IPC at PS-EOW, Delhi. 2.

seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision against the impugned orders before the Sessions Court. 3.
The statement made by the learned senior counsel for petitioner is take on record and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, if permissible under the law. 4.
At this stage, learned senior counsel for petitioner points out that anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is also pending before this Court. It is clarified that pendency of the anticipatory bail application shall not come in the way of Sessions Court in deciding the revision petition, if and when filed by the petitioner.

In case such an application is filed, the learned Sessions Court shall make best possible endeavours to dispose the said application as expeditiously as possible.
