The present petition seeks that the respondents be directed to set aside the action to cancel allotment of 1866 plots in the Block A, B and C, Phase I & II in Metro Vihar, Holambi Kalan, Delhi which had initially been allotted to the members of the petitioner association. 2.
As per the averments made in the present petition, the aforesaid plots had been allotted in favour of the members of the petitioner association in 2001 and the impugned action to cancel the allotment of the aforesaid plots was taken in 2007.

Prima facie, the present petition is barred by delay and latches inasmuch as the relief sought in the present petition is with respect to an action taken as far back as 2007.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the present petition be treated as a representation by the respondents and appropriate orders be passed thereon. Let the said representation be disposed of within a period of four weeks.
