O R D E R

% 04.06.2020 [Hearing held through videoconferencing] CRL.M. (BAIL) 6377/2020 1.

The petitioner has filed the present application seeking interim bail on the ground that he is not keeping good health. The medical report has been received which indicates that the petitioner has been complaining of several medical issues including lower back pain, difficulty in passing urine, chest pain, pain in the teeth etc. The report also indicates that he has been examined by the concerned doctors and the appropriate remedies have been prescribed.

The report submitted by the Jail Authorities also indicates that his conduct in the jail has been satisfactory.

Considering the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present application.

The petitioner would be released on interim bail for a period of forty five days, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. This is also subject to

following further conditions:

(1) That the petitioner shall provide a contact number and ensure that he is reachable at all times.

(2) That the petitioner shall not try and influence any of the witnesses in any manner.

(3) That the petitioner shall mark his presence with the local police station on each Monday of the calendar week.

(4) The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
