The present suit is between the families, and the Plaintiff-Surendra Mani Sadh seeks a decree of declaration, partition, and permanent injunction concerning properties located in New Friends Colony, New Delhi, and three properties in the Industrial Area of Greater Noida, U.P. 3.

The parties in the present suit include the Plaintiff and their siblings, Defendant No. 1 (brother) and Defendant No. 3 (sister), as well as Defendant No. 2, the wife of Defendant No. 1. As per the plaint, the Plaintiff has filed the present suit based on a family settlement dated 23rd February, 2005, involving their late mother, Smt. Urmila Devi, and Defendant No. 2. 4.

None appears for the parties.
