The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction upon the respondents, to decide her application for allotment of an alternate plot of land in lieu of acquired land. By order dated 11.10.2022 in W.P.(C) 4012/2019, the petitioner was directed to file a representation before the respondents, following which the petitioner's application for alternate allotment dated 12.01.2004 was to be decided within three months. 2.
