% 04.02.2020 On the last date of hearing, this Court had recorded that the parties had entered into a settlement and Settlement Deed dated 17.10.2019 had been drawn up. The matter was kept pending only for compliance of the said settlement.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that three cheques which were to be realized, had been handed over to the petitioner. Mr. R.K. Pathak, General Manager of the petitioner is present in Court. He acknowledges the fact that the said three cheques have been realized.

The matter is accordingly disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
