Learned counsel for the parties submit that parties have been able to reach a One Time Settlement (OTS) on 13.05.2024 under which petitioners claim to have made some payment of about Rs.14.7 crores. A copy of the OTS has been handed over which is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that remaining formalities/modalities under the OTS would be performed as per the settled terms.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2, on instructions, also states that on completion of formalities including payments, the subject complaint i.e. C.C. No. 9034/2018 pending before Ld. M.M., Patiala House Court, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. New Delhi would be withdrawn.

Considering the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to revive the same, if the need arises. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
