% 05.02.2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may kindly be pleased to: - a) Pass a writ of Mandamus in the nature of direction, directing the respondent to restore the electricity connection of the petitioner having CA No. 152159733.

b) Pass any other order or orders in the interest of justice in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent." Learned counsel for the respondent states, the impugned action of disconnection of electricity in the property concerned has been taken pursuant to the order passed in PIL being W.P.(C) 11731/2016 by the

Division Bench of this Court.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to approach the Division Bench for appropriate relief.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
