% 06.07.2018 Learned counsel for plaintiff requests for transferring this matter to South East District as office of DDA i.e. INA falls within South East District.

This matter was earlier transferred vide order dated 26.5.18 to South District Court, Saket as it was submitted by learned counsel for both the parties inadvertently that INA, Vikas Sadan office of the DDA falls in South East District.

In view of fresh submission noted above, present suit is transferred to South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi. Parties/their counsel are directed to appear before the Ld.
