The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "i) Quash and set aside the order dated 29.05.2023 passed by Hon'ble Additional Session Judge - 05, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi thereby dismissing the revision petition no. 256 of 2023 and confirming the order dated 21.02.2023 passed by Ld. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate -01, Patiala House Court, New Delhi to the extend whereby no objection for renewal of passport was only granted for a period of 3 years instead of 10 years as prayed by the Petitioner (Accused therein); ii) pass any such other orders as it may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
