The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that Arbitration Petition No.244/2018, which is pending before the learned ADJ, South-East, Saket Court be transferred to this Court to be heard alongwith OMP (COMM.) 481/2018, which is pending before this Court. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that both the aforesaid petitions are impugning a common arbitral award and, therefore, it would be apposite if both the petitions were heard by the same court. The aforesaid contention is merited.

Accordingly, the Arbitration Petition No.244/2018 captioned, 'M/s NBCC (India) Ltd.

v.

M/s Richa Construction Ltd.', is withdrawn from the court of learned ADJ, South-East,

Saket Court to be heard by this Court.

List the said petition on 06.09.2019, along with OMP (COMM.) 481/2018.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6.
