This is an application under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [8CPC9], filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition.

It is stated that the parties have arrived at a settlement recorded in Agreement dated 17.10.2025 and the petition is being withdrawn in terms of the obligation stipulated at clause 3 B (i) of the said Settlement Agreement. 3.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for respondent accepts notice and submits that he has no objection to the said withdrawal. He confirms the execution of the Settlement Agreement.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the petition C.O.(COMM.IPD-CR) 803/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

Future dates are cancelled.
