O R D E R
% 28.02.2018 Pursuant to the proceedings dated 01.02.2018, the applicant is indicated to have joined the investigation.
As per the status report submitted on behalf of the State one gold set and two bangles (gold) of the complainant have been restored to her. It has been submitted on behalf of the State that some books and one diamond ring of the complainant are still in the possession of the applicant, which is refuted on behalf of the applicant. It has further been submitted on behalf of the State that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant. Taking into account, apparently the circumstances of the case, without any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, in the event of arrest, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 1 lac with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with directions that he shall join the investigation as and when required and he shall not
leave the country, shall not tamper with the evidence, shall not intimidate the witnesses and shall not commit any offence whatsoever.
