In view of the order passed in EFA (OS) 6/2025, this appeal has been rendered infructuous as, by the consent of the parties, the Impugned Order has been set aside.

The appellant shall also appear before the learned Single Judge in the Execution Petition No. 104 of 2024, which has been restored, and has been directed to be listed before the learned Single Judge on 03.07.2024. All contentions of the parties shall remain open in the said proceedings.
