Hooda, and Mr. Firoz Iqbal Khan, Advocates for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has already settled with the respondent and the petitioner shall be handing over the possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent on 22.08.2024 which is also acknowledged by the counsel for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the settlement.

The present petition along with pending applications is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn.
