It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that he has handed over the case brief to the Petitioner, who appears in person. The Petitioner acknowledges the fact that the case brief has been handed over to him. It is stated by the Petitioner that he would like to argue the case on his own. He prays for some time to get ready with the matter.

2. Subsequently on 6th May, 2024 and 23rd August, 2024, there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. The position remains the same even today.
