% 05.02.2016 Crl.M.A. 2116/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 514/2016 & Crl.M.A. 239/2016 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the learned Additional Sessions Judge has allowed the bail of the petitioner, subject to payment of Rs.20 lacs to the complainant within one month. Admittedly, the period of one month has not been completed so far. Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he is ready to
make the payment but subject to keeping the amount remained deposited with the Court. Counsel for the complainant is also present in the Court.
In the facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court with an application for changing the conditions of bail. The present petition as well as application Crl.M.A. 239/2016 are disposed of accordingly.
