A Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 482 and 493 of Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.403/2015 under Sections 420/120B IPC.

It is submitted that the case is pending for the Arguments on Charge in which the co-accused has already addressed Arguments and on Charge while that of the Petitioner are still pending. 3.

Considering that the grounds on which the quashing is sought are essentially identical for contest of the Framing of Charge. The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise his contentions before the learned Trial Court.

Needless to say, in case the Petitioner is aggrieved by the Order on Charge, he is at liberty to approach this Court in accordance with law.
