The perusal of the record reveals that none has been appearing for the petitioner in the present petition after 18.03.2015 though the case was listed on several dates along with the other connected matters. 2.
In view of the above, we have no option but to presume that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present writ petition. 3.
However, as learned counsels for the parties jointly state that effective orders have been passed in the present petition, the Registry is directed to W.P.(C) 9199/2004
tag the file of the present petition along with W.P.(C) No. 9873/2004, W.P.(C) No. 9877/2004 and W.P.(C) No. 9880/2004. 4.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
