The petitioners have filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking protection as they have apprehension to their lives at the hands of respondents No.4 to 9.

By an order dated 31.01.2018, the petitioners were granted necessary protection as per rules.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.4 to 9 informs that the respondents have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners. They have never extended any threat to them nor they intend to do so in future.

Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that the petitioners still have apprehension at the hands of respondents No.4 to 9 who have visited their premises twice.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners who are major and have performed marriage with their free consent on 11.05.2017 shall continue to avail protection in terms of the order dated 31.01.2018 at the address given therein as per rules. 6.
The respondents No.4 to 9 shall not interfere in the matrimonial affairs of the petitioners.
