The learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sanjay Prakash & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors., Civil Appeal No. 13104/2024 decided on 23.05.2025, the Central Armed Police Forces including the Border Security Force, have been declared as Organized Group A services for all purposes.

He submits that on account of non-compliance of the order, a contempt petition is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file an application for revival if the cause of continuing the writ petition survives. Pending application also stands disposed of.
