% 01.03.2021 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. Thus far, the respondents have complied with the previous directions i.e. they have paid monies in terms thereof.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that TDS has not been deducted by the respondents. They suppose to do so in the last instalment.

3 Let TDS certificates be supplied to the petitioners apropos such deductions, as may be made, along with payment of the last instalment.

4 No further orders are required at this stage. 5 The petitions stand disposed-off in the above terms. It will be open to the parties to approach the Court in case of difficulty.

% 04.07.2022 It is stated by Mr. Mohit Mathur, learned senior counsel that out of the amount of Rs.33,35,381/- payable to the petitioner, in terms of para-2 of the previous order, an amount of Rs.13,31,961/- stands paid. After some hearing, learned counsel for both the parties are in agreement that the remaining amount payable by the respondent inclusive of interest is Rs.22,63,599/-. Mr. Mohit Mathur, learned senior counsel states that the said amount shall be paid forthwith and a cheque for the said amount is being handed over to the petitioner, which can be immediately encashed by the petitioner.

Thus, the grievance of the petitioner stands taken care of. Accordingly, petition alongwith pending applications stands disposed of.
