This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.
The present suit was filed seeking a decree of partition of the estate of Smt. Kanta Vohra. During the pendency of the suit, a settlement agreement dated 3rd April, 2024 was entered into between the parties and the disputes in the present suit were amicably resolved. The said settlement agreement was taken on record and vide judgment dated 25th April, 2024 the suit was decreed in terms of the settlement agreement.

The matter is listed today, for reporting compliance of the decree. 4.
Ld. counsel for the Plaintiff is present and submits that the payment has been received by the Plaintiff and that the Plaintiff has also written to the concerned police station for withdrawal of the criminal complaint. 5.

encashed. Thus, the Defendant has only been left with Rs.11,00,000/-. 6.
