The present application has been filed by the Petitioner- M/s R N Enterprises, inter alia, seeking direction for compliance of the order dated 13th February, 2025.

Vide the said order the following direction was passed: "4. We accordingly allow the writ petition by modifying the impugned order and providing that the cancellation of the petitioner's GST registration shall come into effect from the date of the SCN, i.e. 13 June 2023."
