The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 14th March, 2022 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 3255/2022, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with directions to the respondents to take final decision on the Border Security Force, Air Wing Officers (Group 'A' Combatised Posts), Recruitment Rules, 2020 within a period of 04 months from the receipt of the said order. th 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the said order dated 14 March, 2022 has been complied with.

Thus, she has instructions to withdraw the present contempt petition. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents confirms the aforesaid fact and submits that compliance affidavit on their behalf has already been filed. 5.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn, as having been satisfied.
