The present petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a. Call for the records of the case No. 6974/2019 titled as 'STATE VS BRIJENDER SINGH DESHWAL ETC: arising out of FIR No. 635/2014 registered at PS: Janak Puri;

b. Set aside the order on charge dated 10.01.2020 and charges framed thereafter on 04.03.2020 by the court of Sh. Deepak Vats, Ld. MM, Dwarka Court Complex, Delhi against both the Revisionists; and/or c. Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioner."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the parties have arrived at a settlement and compounding has been permitted by the Learned Trial Court. 3.
