The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharaitya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks the following reliefs: "a) To call for the records of Criminal Revision No. 20/2015 titled as " Pardeep Kumar &Ors. Vs State" in Criminal Revision passed by the Hon'ble Court of Shri Ajay Goel, ASJ, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, b) To call for the records of criminal case no. 424887/2016 titled as "State vs Pardeep Kumar Ors." pending in the court of Sh. Ravinder Singh, MM, District (South West), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. c) To set aside the order and judgment dated 3.08.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Shri Ajay Goel, ASJ, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi; d) To set aside the order and judgment dated 10/09/2014 whereby charge was framed by the Hon'ble Court of Shri Pankaj Sharma, the then M.M. Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, in view of the facts and grounds taken as above."

examined. In such circumstances, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all the grounds raised in the instant petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 3.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. 4.
The pending application is also disposed of.
