Mr. J.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the matter has been listed time and again however, no communication has been established with the petitioner after he was granted interim protection, despite several attempts made to contact him. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, he seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application. 2.

In view of the above, leave, as prayed for, is granted and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
