The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/landlord impugning the order dated 29.01.2022 passed by the learned ARC (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, by which the Leave to Defend/Contest Application was allowed.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/landlord submits that the Eviction Petition filed by the Petitioner/landlord has now been allowed by the learned Trial Court. Thus, it is contended that this Petition has become infructuous 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the same.
