% 08.02.2018 In this petition, promotion of second respondent made on 26th September, 2003 is assailed. After Rule has been issued in this petition, none has appeared on behalf of petitioner on 15th January, 2016, 29th April, 2016 and 13th April, 2017. Court notices sent to counsel for the parties have been served. As per order of 22nd May, 2017, Court notice sent to petitioner's counsel has been served. Although some counsel had appeared on the said date but had not given his appearance and the matter was adjourned to 30th August, 2017. On the said date, none had appeared on behalf of petitioner. Even today, none appears on behalf of petitioner on the second call.

In view of aforesaid, this petition is dismissed in default. SUNIL GAUR, J.
