The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs seeking to withdraw the present suit.

The parties have settled their disputes.

The terms of the settlement are detailed in paragraph 2 of the captioned application.

In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, a sum of Rs. 55 lakhs have been received by the plaintiffs from the defendants. 5.

In view thereof, the plaintiffs seek to withdraw the present suit. 6.

The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 7.

The date already fixed, i.e. 30th January 2026, stands cancelled. 8.
