% 18.04.2017 Petitioner, who is present in person, submits that the matter has been settled amicably with the respondents vide Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 10th April, 2017 and copy of the MOU has placed on record. Same is taken on record. He further submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, he does not wish to puruse with the present petition and seeks liberty to withdraw the same.

In view of submissions of the petitioner, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
