order dated 15th March 2024 by the CMM. In respect of this, an application had been moved under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in CRL.M.C. 4699/2024, in which orders have been passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 30th May 2024, noting the same and staying orders of the CMM for sending a reference for contempt of the Court in FIR No.73/2023.

The matter is listed before the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 18th August 2025.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

Copy of this order may be placed before the Coordinate Bench of this Court bearing CRL.M.C. 4699/2024 for further directions, subject to the outcome of CRL.M.C. 4699/2024.

Mr. Bhandari, ASC, further points out that notice in this matter had not been issued and he had put his appearance on advance notice for the respondent in these matters, and further stated then that the reference would not be maintainable since he sought to bring on record the facts of the case. 6.
