The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the th order dated 27 February, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) 2856/2024, wherein, learned Division Bench had given the following directions: "xxx xxx xxx
5. Consequently, this Court is of the view that no ground for stay of handing over of possession of flat to respondent No.4 is made out. However, as the petitioner has made a representation dated 16 th January, 2024 to the respondents, this Court disposes of the present writ petition by directing the RCS to decide the said representation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after taking a response from the concerned cooperative society. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of. xxx xxx xxx"

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after passing of the aforesaid order dated 27th February, 2024, petitioner made a representation dated 01st March, 2024 to the respondents seeking compliance of the aforesaid order passed by the Division Bench. However, neither any response has been received, nor any opportunity of personal hearing has been given to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 on advance notice submits that respondents- Registrar of Cooperative Societies ("ROCS") shall consider the representations of the petitioner expeditiously and prays that some time may be granted for the same.

Accordingly, it is directed that the ROCS shall decide the representations dated 16th January, 2024 and 01st March, 2024 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today. It is further directed that before deciding the representations, the ROCS shall give a personal hearing to the petitioner. Thereafter, a Speaking Order shall be passed, which shall be communicated to the petitioner. 7.
The Respondents are bound by the aforesaid time period to dispose of the representations, i.e., within a period of six weeks from today. 8.
