O R D E R

% 27.09.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been squatting outside Masonic Clinic, Janpath, New Delhi for the past many years. He submits that on account of the fact that he is squatting outside Gate No.2, it causes inconvenience not only to the petitioner but also to the persons, who are entering the clinic.

Mr. Peechara, learned counsel for the NDMC submits that the name of the petitioner does not find mentioned in the list of 628 street vendors. Thus, his prayer for shifting cannot be considered at this stage. He, however, submits that as when the TVC is functional, it would be open for the petitioner to make an application for allotment of Tehbzari licence and also for shifting of place, if so advised. At this stage, Mr. Sahoo submits that he would advise his client to shift to another place.

In view of the stand taken by the parties, counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed. The petition stands disposed of, as prayed.

CM.APPL 3646/2017 also stands disposed of in view of the order passed above.
