The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In light of the above-stated facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may be pleased to pass an order:

A. Setting aside and quashing the order dated 10.05.2024 passed by the Ld. Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-13, Rouse Avenue District Court, New The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties and without prejudice to their rights and contentions the present petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i) Instead of directing the parties not to move any miscellaneous application the Learned Special Court will decide any miscellaneous application, if so filed, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid modification, the present petition is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.

The order dated 10.05.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent. 7.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 8.
