% 19.08.2019 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitioners whose daughter has been missing since 28.08.2018.

The Delhi Police has filed a detailed status report dated 17.08.2019. All the leads and suspects pointed out by the petitioners have been investigated. The Investigating Officer along with the petitioner No.1 had even visited Mumbai on 13.08.2019.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is closed with the direction to the police to file a status report before the concerned Trial Court at least once a month with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
