The interim maintenance was granted by order dated 02nd April, 2019. Counsels for the wife state that there are changed circumstances as far as the father of the husband is concerned who had been claimed as a dependant by the husband, since he is now deceased and, therefore, no longer a dependent The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Counsel for the husband states that there is a changed circumstance relating to the wife's income. Counsel for the wife, on instructions of the wife who is present in Court, state that she is currently unemployed. 3.

Both the parties confirm that the trial in the matter is underway before the Principal Judge for grant of final maintenance. 4.

Accordingly, all these aspects can be duly taken into account during the trial proceedings by the Family Court.

The issue of the interim maintenance being granted @ Rs.48,000/- and subsequently being reduced to Rs.35,000/- may also be considered by the Trial Court in the changed circumstances. 6.

Petitions are disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand rendered infructuous.
