The present writ petition has been filed praying for directions to the respondent no.1/State Bank of India ("SBI") to dispose of the representation dated 31st March, 2022 of the petitioner in compliance with the guidelines issued by respondent no.2/Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") vide Circular No. RBI/2010-11/235 dated 14th October, 2010.

Mr. Saurabh Tanwar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1SBI submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be decided by the respondent no. 1-SBI in accordance with law.

Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent no.1-SBI shall decide the representation dated 31st March, 2022 of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from today. 4.
