A petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C dated 14.05.2024 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the Summoning Order dated 22.09.2018 passed by learned M.M, New Delhi. vide the present petition dated 14.05.2024.

This is a summoning Order of 2018 which is challenged now in 2024. The petition suffers from delay and latches. Pertinently there is an alternate remedy available to challenge the Order before the learned Sessions Judge, 3.

The petition is hereby dismissed.
