The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 0349/2021 registered at P.S. K. N. Katju Marg, Rohini, Delhi. During the pendency of these proceedings, however, the investigation in the said FIR has concluded, and a closure report under Section 173 CrPC was filed before the Trial Court on 07th January, 2025, which is pending consideration. 2.

In view of the above, since the State itself has concluded that the allegations in the FIR do not warrant further action, this Court is of the opinion that no further directions are required in the present matter. report, and the Trial Court issues any further directions, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies as may be permissible in law. 3.
