No document has been produced before this Court for grant of extension of interim bail for further 60 days on the ground of medical condition of the mother of the present accused/applicant. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the mother of the petitioner is still admitted in the hospital and the surgery has not been conducted as yet.

On the last date of hearing it was stated that the surgery was scheduled on 17.05.2025. Though the interim bail had been granted on 06.05.2025, extension had also been granted to the applicant once. 4.

Today since there is no document before this Court warranting extension of interim bail, this Court is not inclined to extend the same. 5.

After addressing arguments, the learned counsel states that he will withdraw the present application.
